Best Vegan Recipes of 2015

2015 has come and gone. And, looking back over the year, has it ever been a year with lots of learning, change, happy (and trying) memories, travel and new beginnings. What’s your most memorable memory from 2015? One of mine has to be during my graduation trip with my family. We traveled to Amsterdam, sought out our favorite picnic food and wine, and hopped on a boat with a local, young man who took us on a tour of the city. It was one of those unforgettable, everything-aligned-just-right, moments of 2015.

Other memories from 2015:

  • Went to the town hall in Leuven and became officially common law with my partner and love J.
  • Traveled Europe with family and friends and made it to Tuscany (Tuscany is as beautiful and delicious… as they say!).
  • When my brother surprised me from Toronto after months of not seeing each other for my birthday in Belgium.
  • Graduated my Master’s in Anthropology after many-a-sleepless nights finishing off my thesis.
  • Made the big move with my partner J back home to Toronto after 6 years of studying in Ottawa, France and Belgium.
  • Started a new job downtown as a Writer.
  • Lost my dear, dear kitty Mavi. Rest in Peace my love.
